We are seeking a skilled valuation analyst to join our team. The successful
candidate will be responsible for conducting research, analyzing data, and
producing valuation reports. Also candidate will be responsible for
researching and maintaining valuations that go in aircraft reports, as well as
monitoring our rating systems. The ideal candidate will have natural passion
for the aviation and traveling.
Responsibilities:
* Conducting research and analyzing financial data to determine the value of assets
* Preparing valuation reports
* Perform valuations of specific assets and liabilities as required for management planning
* Preparing reports detailing findings regarding different assets being appraised
* Communicating findings to clients and making recommendations based on valuation results
* Collaborating with other members of the team to ensure timely delivery of projects
* Conducting market research on factors that could affect a company's value including economic trends, industry dynamics, and competitor activity
Requirements to apply**
* Bachelor's degree in business, aviation, finance or similar
* Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
* Knowledge of valuation methodologies and financial modeling
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other financial software
