What's the Role?

As a UAE National Graduate, you'll be provided with a learning program of
blended modules we've designed to enhance your core and soft skills. In
addition to on-the-job training, field rides and mentoring, you will be also
receiving soft skills trainings such as Communication Skills & Presentation
Skills.

We have opportunities in areas such as Engineering, Finance, Logistics &
Marketing

What does the role involve?

Hilti's Emirati Graduate program will give you responsibility from day one.
You will be placed in one of Hilti's key departments, most relevant to your
university degree, and will have the opportunity to learn from and be mentored
by colleagues and business leaders in your field.

You will receive a structured and detailed onboarding plan to ensure that you
are trained and upskilled with the most critical skills for your department.
From there, you will receive on the job training and have the opportunity to
rotate throughout different job functions within your department to find the
role best suited for you.

Once your job function has been identified, you will be placed in this
position where you will take on full responsibility for the role. You will
work as a key member of the team to ensure your success and the success of
Hilti's business.
We give great importance to professional development: ‎80% of our management

What you need is:

• UAE National


• Completed a relevant degree, usually in an Engineering or a Business-related subject


• Good English language communication skills both written and spoken.


• A desire to contribute to a challenging and diverse environment

• The ability to learn and adapt
