Carry out the needed field inspections on traffic diversions and road

projects and submit the required reports.

Submit technical traffic reports to the administration as necessitated by

the nature of work and it
requirements.

Review the plans and drawings submitted by traffic section consultants and

the engineers and follow up their
projects related to diversions and advertisements.

Study the work methods and procedures in the department and to suggest the

amendments and
improvements required to increase the efficiency according to the directions
of the section manager and
ensure their execution after approval.

Organize the related filed visits and follow up the pending matters with the

related departments/divisions
through field visits and notify the section manager with the obstacles facing
them and their reason
immediately without delay.

Study and asses major traffic diversions implemented for big projects that

are being constructed in Dubai, and
make the necessary technical adjustments for these diversions, as needed.

Perform other responsibilities associated with the position as appropriate.

Coordinate with other departments of the Authority and the external such as

the DM departments and police
in making the necessary arrangements to maintain the roads network and the
safety of its users.

Study and asses temporary accesses on main roads as authorized by right of

way services department.

Review the applications (plans and drawings) of the Authority Departments

and customers (applicants)
regarding advertisement signs locations and ensure their compliance with the
conditions stipulated in the no
objection certificates and to prepare regular reports regarding the different
types of outdoor advertisement
signs.

Suggest the introduction of modern ways and methods in the process of

receipt and registration of
advertisement applications in order to simplify and facilitate operations
according to the recognized concept of
quality and excellence.

Coordinate with the consultants, contractors and the representative of

services parties assigned with the
execution of advertisement projects to ensure the application of the standards
and conditions of public safety.

Review the designs, plans and drawings submitted by the consultants and

contractors and other concerned
parties related to safety and standards.

Prepare and supervise advertisement team in taking the data for road

features and states obstacles and
difficulties that had been faced any of the team and the actions taken to
overcome them and any suggestions
and recommendations to develop and improve the work and submit them to the
section manager in timely
manner

Education

Bachelor degree in Civil Engineering from a recognized university.

‎3 - ‎7 years of relevant working experience.

Computer-literate performer with extensive software proficiency covering

wide variety of applications.

complex work processes.

Resourceful team player who excels at building trusting relationships with

customers and colleagues.

Good knowledge of statistical methods and their applications.
