The opportunity
We are hiring an ambitious and forward-thinking mailroom operative to join our
our established and growing team in UAE.
Your responsibilities will include:
* Performing routine inventory duties including monitoring and maintaining current inventory levels.
* Maintaining records for all mailroom items and day to day activities.
* Keeping stock and record of stationery items.
* Demonstrating attention to detail and ownership of the processes relating to the areas of responsibility.
* Assisting with clients reports as required.
* Delivering what we promise to the client.
* Delivering superior customer service and developing key tenant stakeholder engagement by providing effective and timely communications to our tenants, stakeholders and client.
* Carrying out such other reasonable duties as may be required by the line manager.
