for the job of Lead Real Estate Projects Coordinator. In this job you will
supervise through subordinates up to ‎20 subcontract employees, coordinate
diverse activities within a functional area, and plan work and administer
policies. Dealing with project designs, construction, and renovations are also
a part of the job. An undergraduate degree in Architecture, Engineering, or
Business Administration is required, along with ‎5 years of project management
experience encompassing facility construction, remodeling or management
experience.
