Creative Manager | Marketing | Babyshop
Location: Dubai, UAE
Babyshop Marketing team is looking for a Creative Manager, based out of their
Head Office at Landmark Tower, Dubai Marina. For the role they are looking at
someone who has proven expertise in developing and managing creatives, across
customer touchpoints and channels.
The core requirement of the role is to understand the creative process well —
from evaluating messaging and visual/art direction, to being able to provide
creative directions to partners and internal studio teams, and following
through on the execution and production.
A background in creative art, visual comms, either at an agency, freelance or
on the brand/client side, with at least 5-6 years of experience, is ideal for
the role.
The other deliverables of the job role are:
Creative Communication / Art — from working with partners and production
houses locally and globally developing seasonal fashion campaign launches,
(including managing all local and international photo and video shoots) to
driving category campaigns and leading creative content creation across media
touchpoints.
Product Creatives — creating thematic and tactical content around the key
product ranges, collections and categories within the business, complying to
guidelines to ensure strong aesthetics and execution across channels.
Managing Internal Team & Creative Partners – manage and lead a team of graphic
designers, animators, and photographer, and lead all the conversations with
various creative, social and media partners — leading the process, championing
creative briefs, co-creating ideas, and delivering on execution.
The role will report into the Head of Marketing and will work closely with
different business teams including Retail, E-Commerce, Visual Merchandising,
and the Digital Team, bringing in alignment and consistency in brand
creatives. Within the Marketing function, the role will support the Regional
Marketing teams, Digital Marketing, Social media, and CRM teams — from both
internal or external communication support.
