Key responsibilities:
Working with the Business Support & Events Specialist for Middle East & Africa (based in Dubai). This role will primarily support the logistics coordination of small to large-scale events (20 - 1000 people) in the MEA region to include:
o Venue sourcing and event proposal creation
o Budget management and reconciliation
o Invitation management and delegate experience (including rooming lists)
o Event host and stakeholder management
o Vendor coordination and management
o Event show flows/scheduling
o Ensure audio visual production and branding is in accordance with company
standards
o Onsite event execution
o Email marketing management
o Confidently network with internal and external parties
Other administrative and coordinating duties may from time to time include:
o Scheduling support, booking of flights, hotels and transfers
o Making sure necessary approvals and signatures are obtained for business
continuity
o Conference registrations and any other ad hoc duties
o Data capturing and reporting
o Other duties as reasonably required
