Role Responsibilities
* Sourcing candidates, screening, Interviewing for offshore/onsite for contractual hiring.
* Salary verification, candidate profile screening, mapping requirement thoroughly.
* Updating candidate interviews, shortlist, selection and joining to hiring manager.
* Updating CRM
* Selection process and joining formalities.
* Client management, relationship building etc.
* Taking requirements from Sales team and working on the requirements simultaneously
along with the jobs assigned.
* Sound technical understanding of the requirements.
* Logistical understanding about the clients' contracts and job roles.
* Understand employee grievances, managing back outs and giving ready replacements.
* Competent in closing good number of positions.
* Competent in multitasking all other jobs.
* Preparing weekly reports on complete recruitment cycle
* working closely with recruiters to deliver on time.
* Should be able to do BGV and offers.
