Your Mission
undertaking various office duties and must be competent in all aspects of Site
administration duties
Your Role
* Managing site logistics and facilities.
* Management of site documentation.
* Managing induction and payment paperwork for operatives on site.
* Liaising with Head Office re new-starters and site issues.
* Managing clocking queries on site for Staff and Resources.
* Organizing and sending paperwork to Head Office./customr
About You
Educational Background: BSc degree in Electronics / Communications
Engineering
Minimum Experience: 5-7 years
5-7 years' experience in testing and commissioning of MV switchgear
/substations
Technical skills & Knowledge:
* Must be computer literate and have a good understanding of email.
* Able to demonstrate good organization skills in both site activities and administration duties.
* Must know how to scan/send documents as PDF via email.
* Minimum 5 years experience in an administrative position.
* Excellent written and verbal communication.
Languages: Excellent command of English language
Personal & Soft Skills: **
* Good communication skill
* Capability to work under pressure
* Good understanding of the Internal Organization of the company
