About this opportunity


We are now looking for a Head of Implementation Management in Saudi Arabia,
are you interested?


In this role, you will ensure Customer value and happiness through an
efficient service delivery process and right competences and motivation of
personnel.
You will support deployment delivery directly or indirectly via the unit
resources as you understand and align with the overall service delivery
processes, methods, and tools in Ericsson.


This role is in the operational line organization (the SL Build Organization),
with the purpose to lead their area of responsibility aligned with the
instructions. You will collaborate to ensure that work is implemented within
the scope of OHS requirements.


All deployment activities in the Ericsson group are performed under the
responsibility of one or more Project Managers. Line Managers for personnel in
this Projects act per the Ericsson Leadership Framework and promote Ericsson's
values, ethics, and culture of the organization to ensure excellent
performance and secure accurate resources needed in Deployment Process.

What you will do

Manage and own an organization 's unit size of ‎30-‎40 of local employees and up
to ‎20 of remote resources, delivering project management and onsite activities
for Radio Access Network (RAN): 2G, 3G, 4G, 5G as well MW/TX/FTTs Transmission
and Civil Work Activities.
* Drive and implement the global delivery strategy including processes, methods, tools, and competence management
* Perform budget planning and cost control for Unit's Cost Center, approve and set full-time employees Salaries and ensure external resources Salaries are in line with the Work Hours Rates (WHR) for the unit.
* Optimize the project delivery cost vs. the delivery resources.
* Ensure Service Delivery Execution by setting up delivery models, budgeting, resource model and setting up and negotiating KPI acceptance/exit criteria with the customer for services that will be delivered.
* Empower the remote global service Centre (near shoring and offshoring) and make sure the deliver the good quality services.
* Identify/develop and drive improvements for Service Delivery Instructions, frameworks and strategies required for integration delivery based on lessons learned.
* Setup WLA/SLA and drive governance for remote delivery in SL Build projects with regards to cost, resources, timelines, and processes.
* Build a productive work environment for individuals and own organization
* Look after unit finance within your group.

You will bring

*
Bachelor 's degree or Technical College, preferably in telecommunication,
science, engineering or business subject area, or confirmed work experience.
* Previous experience in telecommunications and network rollout preferable (also experience in a variety of SL Build related sub domains such as Site Acquisition, Civil Works, Network Rollout, Site Integration, Site Optimization, Network MS more than preferred)
* Strong background in people leadership and mentor.
* Deep understanding of the Telco/ICT Industry's business drivers, telecommunication engineering background.
* Excellent ICT Market overview and very good working knowledge of mobile, fixed and broadband operator environment.
* Good understanding of financial & commercial aspects as well as the pillars in delivery: Processes/Procedures, People/Organization, Tools/Systems.
* Confirmed experience in effectively leading subcontractors (ASP/SP).
* Be proficient in English, both verbally and written.
* Have excellent planning and scheduling skills.
* Good experience with Ericsson processes preferable.
* Have good customer and sub-contractor relation skills.
* Have experience of relevant Ericsson tools like Site Handler preferable.
* Basic understanding of Ericsson Radio and Transmission Products.

    Note:
    The role will be primarily based in Jeddah. If you are in Riyadh, then
    frequent travel to Jeddah is required.
