Job Summary:
The Cost Controller will be responsible for obtaining quotations from
suppliers to ensure purchase were made in the best interest of the hotel and
as per the Shangri-La standard.
As a Cost Controller, we rely on you to,
Checks for requisition from purchasing box.
Filling of PR and PO.
Work with requesting department, determine the specification a provide sample
or sources.
Be environmentally friendly, reduce waste, recycle when possible, and reuse
whenever.
Prepares purchase documentation upon authorization.
Performs market survey, including competitor hotels.
Makes comparison with current supplier prices to ensure competitiveness.
What we are Looking For:
Minimum 1 years’ experience in performing purchasing functions preferably for
a hotel.
Good Knowledge in computer skills.
Fluency in spoken and written English.
