Job Description
* Ensures day-to-day operations of the merchandising team.
* Keeps on track of the time attendance and route adherence for the merchandisers.
* Communicates price changes with both external and internal clients (internal departments).
* Ensures KA accounts customers receive deliveries as per the plan.
* Works closely with KA development team to execute the planogram and promotions plans.
* Prepares routine reports and meetings with the team and management.
* Manages the team's KPIs as well as the department.
* Maintains records of all market visits with merchandising team to track their development.
* Trains, develops, and coaches merchandisers
Job Description
* Perform routine operational activities receiving guidance.
* Assist in one or more processes.
* Comply with BRF Sustainability Policy guidelines, ensure adherence to BRF Sustainability Plan through activities in its routines that promotes compliance with the indicators and global ESG (Environmental, Social and Governance) commitments of the Company, ensuring the connection between its actions and sustainable development in the BRF chain.

* Experience in using the HHD and other tools to track and run the operations
