Maintenance Lead

JOB PURPOSE
Site Maintenance engineer is position for engineer who will lead
implementation for all maintenance activates on site for Both Pharma equipment
and utilities based on agreed planned.
KEY RESULTS / ACCOUNTABILITIES
Leading a mechanical and electrical and Utilities technician for all
maintenance tasks.
* Supervise execution of monthly preventive maintenance plan as well as the corrective maintenance jobs for all equipment in production and utilities areas.
* Check and ensure records and updating maintenance works in logbooks for the machines according to quality and HSE requirements.
* Documentation and follow up for all workorders with reviewing in addition the monthly maintenance reporting.
* Supervise and participate execution of the installation testing and commissioning of new equipment's.
* Support Achieving uptime targets as set for all Production equipment for technical part.
* Assure safety for all technician and persons during presence within scope of equipment, rooms, and areas.
* Training of mechanical/Electrical technicians on the assigned area's equipment
* Support new products launching from engineering perspective.
* Leading the Facility Maintenance directly or through third party.
* Support the new site Projects for the engineering prospective.

/ or manager.

* Follow the HSE rules and 'Act responsibly' to protect yourself and others from an injury and ill health conditions while at the work locations and/or while using road e.g traffic rules, emergency evacuation procedure, medical surveillance, healthy lifestyle, no smoking inside the office premises etc.
* Attend HSE training and implement the learnings.
* Participate in the HSE related activities, campaigns, events etc. and adopt the learning in day to day work activities.
* Report all the accident/ incident (if any) to the Line Manager and the HSE Manager, and help to investigate further.
* Thoroughly read all HSE instructions, procedures, policies issued by the Company, and comply with its requirements. Escalate any doubts or uncertainties to the Line Manager.

Would be expected to be involved with: Vendors and strategic partners Local
agents and distributors Technical materials and Spare parts supplier.
Contractors and Consultant. Energy suppliers.
SKILLS, EXPERIENCE & KNOWLEDGE REQUIREMENTS
Education:
* Bachelor's degree in mechanical or Electric Engineering.
Experience: Min of ‎3- ‎5 years' experience in engineering activity in a
Pharmaceutical Multinational company or food manufacturing.
Skills: Project Management People Management Good Communication Skills and
Presentability Risk Management and Planning Mandated Fluent English Skills
(Speak, Read and Write) In addition to the above, the candidate should
possess: • Cooperate Transversely - Collaborate effectively with peers,
stakeholders and partners across the organization to positively impact
business results. • Act for Change within project matrix - Embrace change and
innovation and initiate new and improved ways of working - challenging the
