To support Project Manager in managing the project and carry out all project
management activities including follow up with internal team, external vendors
and suppliers, client, consultant and support PM in all reporting and
invoicing works, arranging all required documentation, etc. for 380/132kV High
Voltage Substations Projects.
Roles and Responsibilities
* Responsibilities
* Follow up with client, consultant, vendors, suppliers and subcontractors.
* Support the PM in arranging all the meetings, prepare minutes, distribute and follow up the actions.
* Prepare and submit all project reports under the supervision of the PM.
* Follow up the project training, ITP, FAT plans and reports and obtain the required approvals.
* Support PM in preparing the recovery plans, actions or any other tool to achieve the project milestone dates.
* Support PM in achieving our objectives for sales and cash.
* Execute the project as per millstone date and protect the company from any risk.
* Plan and request the required qualified, competent and cost effective resources to execute his job on high professional manner.
* Reinforce GE position as one of the major players in substation market by executing the project professionally in high professional manner.
* Built very good relation with the customer by understanding their position and gain their trust and confident
* Increase the gross margin and profit for the project by using cost effective erection method.
* Hold the responsibility on project documentations and correspondences.
* Implementing PMH guidelines and ensure full compliance of GE rules and procedures.
* Coordinate closely with PM and all members of the project.
* Carry out disciplinary actions in accordance with company policy to improve project situation and protect GE interest.
* Support the project claim strategy for both client, vendors and subcontractors.
* Get the progress reports approved and validated by the client to improve invoicing action and plan.
* Support and arrange for all sites training program for the client in line with the contract obligations.
Required Qualifications
* Fresh graduate holding Bachelor 's degree in Electrical Engineering.
* Registered in Saudi Council of Engineers.
* Proficiency in Arabic & English (Speak, Read & write)
