Job Description:
Takes personal responsibility and uses teamwork to “craft memorable
experiences” by finding practical applications of our core values.
Prepare and review the arrival of the day and the next day, highlight VIPs and
update the codes in opera.
Ensures that all duties and responsibilities are performed in a timely and
efficient manner in accordance with established company Policies & Procedures
to achieve the overall objective of this position.
When required, plan to do pre-check-in for VIP guests from the airport.
Listens, apologizes with empathy, finds a solution, and follows through when
resolving guest problems. Assumes the responsibility to notice when the guest
is not satisfied and uses best judgment as to when it is appropriate to use
the 100% Guest Satisfaction Guarantee
Explains, promotes, and keeps current on hotel facilities, outlets and
services to guests so as to increase guest satisfaction and maximize hotel
revenues
Keeps management promptly and fully aware of all problems or unusual matters
of significance
Helps to ensure cleanliness and general presentation of the Hotel’s Lobby,
lift landing areas, and corridors to ensure proper follow-up to correct any
deficiencies
To be presented in the lobby to greet and meet guests.
Maintains a favorable working relationship with all departments to foster and
promote a cooperative and harmonious working environment
At all times projects a favorable image of the Hotel to the public
Is responsible to attend daily meetings
Helps to achieve the set operational targets
Identifies maintenance needs and follows up with relevant departments
Helps to ensure a good rapport between staff and management and effective
liaison between departments
Must be team-oriented and to be able to cope with a high volume of business
Must possess a friendly, attentive positive attitude and always use etiquette
and language. must refrain from discussing personal problems, politics, or
religious concerns
Carries out other duties that may from time to time be assigned to him/her
Ensures that health and safety rules and regulations are adhered to
