What do we expect from you?


To work closely with the Boutique Management and rest of the team being
responsible for stock management and back-office set-up, controlling CS flows
and repairs in their boutique
Manage the stock: Receives stock (physically & system) and transfers pieces,
proceed stock counts.
Handle special product requests for CP & know how to handle HJ pieces.
Follow-up pieces' movements within the boutique (CP, safe…).
Contribute to document management (invoices, archives, mails…), updates price
tags if needed.
Handle relationship with external third-parties (energy & utilities providers,
intermediaries…).
Manage cash & bill procedures (POS, float, bank deposit…).
Provide activity reports (reservation, consignment, stock, sales
reconciliation, traffic…).
Order consumables (drinks, chocolates, flowers…).
Follow-up & prepare omnichannel orders.
Can take-over on digital tools topics when Deputy Boutique Manager is away.
Ensure the back-office area is properly set-up.
Comply with Maison's procedures and policies and ensure good practices on
product storage and manipulation.
Manage the CS flows to/from the boutique & follow up cost estimates with Sales
Associates.
Control all repairs (visual check) at reception and be the point of contact
for the platform / workshop.
Perform CS activities allowed in the boutique (shining, engraving…).
Manage spare parts & accessories (inventories, stock control, replenishment).


You will be the Ambassador of Maison at all levels!
