You will be dealing with customer orders, inquiries, and complaints in this
position. In addition to providing product and service advice. Among your
responsibilities will be to provide advice, update customer records, and make
telesales and market research calls to new and existing customers.
Your responsibilities
* Provides all administration support for customer inquiries (either direct from a customer or through End User sales).
* Prepares and sends correct quotations and invoices to customers.
* Process orders efficiently and accurately from quotation to cash collection.
* Responsible for continuous process improvements.
* Ensures follow-up of administration and logistics.
* Supports sales engineer with inputting new turbochargers and forecasts to ATURB.
* Supports sales engineer with troubleshooting in the factory (breakdowns, delays, rebuild of delivered turbochargers, etc.)
Your background
* Fluency in English.
* Experience in relevant field.
* SAP system knowledge.
