Overview
Delivery Supervisor job is to lead and coordinate with Delivery officer,
drivers, SSFL Pre-sellers, and Customers to ensure deliver all the daily
orders on time. As well as submitting invoice acknowledgement to Finance
before cutoff time., Sending the daily, weekly and monthly required trackers,
and the most important part of Key clients SL improvement.
Responsibilities
* Ensure making the daily delivery plan after invoicing and sharing it with the 3PL team.
* Responsible for 100% invoice acknowledgment in coordination with Sales, Supply chain, finance and 3PL team and to be submitted before the cutoff time on Weekly basis.
* Work closely with SSFL FLSLs to ensure delivery is happening on time.
* Receiving the calls related to the delivery issues from delivery drivers or Pre-sellers and communicating to SSFL FLSLs and ASMs.
* Ensure coordinating with sales team, Supply chain and 3PL team in reducing the valid returns to be 1% on MAX.
* Work as an intermediate between Pre-Seller, merchandiser (Tarweej ) and Delivery drivers to resolve delivery related issues.
* Validate reason of valid returns and re-delivery invoices with Sales, Customers and leveraging DDR and pending invoices reports.
* Manage urgent deliveries with Delivery officer if any.
* Monitoring driver daily loads, capture errors, first drop and the compliance of planned delivery time Vs. the Customer receiving time.
* Monthly SL report by account/outlet/Route & Recommendations to improve it with defining all the reasons and issues of the valid returns to be resolved and avoided.
* Assist the pilots and tests when necessary.
Qualifications
* B.S. degree from an accredited university. Degree in business management or similar
* Team Leader must be very organized and have excellent time management skills.
* Very Good in utilizing Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint for data analysis and presentations.
* Very Good verbal and written communication skills.
* Relationship building skills and ability to influence.
* 3-4 years ' experience in field.
