Performs planning activities including the collection, analysis, review and
development of planning data. Participates in the evaluation, design, and
development of the organization's strategic and operational planning process.
1. Assists in resolution of planning-related issues, such as compliance with
other departmental requirements, with the given Hospital resources and
overlapping or duplicating functions and activities between departments.
2. Participates in the development of strategic planning framework process
and models.
3. Follows-up planning drafts/information from department.
4. Collects and analyses view and comments of plan drafts.
5. Revises draft to incorporate additions, modifications, and corrections.
6. Researches and gather data. Liaises with other department's personnel to
coordinate activities, analyses data and develops required information.
Education**
Master's or Bachelor 's Degree in Business/Healthcare Administration, or other
related field is required.
Grade 09: One (1) year of related experience with Master 's, or three (3)
years with Bachelor's Degree is required.
Grade 10: Three (3) years of related experience with Master's, or five (5)
years with Bachelor's Degree is required.
