Job Purpose:
Maintaining accounting records and accounts finalization.
Key Accountabilities:
* Perform month-end accounting activities such as reconciliations and journal entries.
* Coordinate with finance team to complete assigned accounting tasks within deadlines.
* Generate financial reports and statements to Managers for review.
* Respond to accounting inquiries from management in a timely fashion.
* Assist in budget preparation and expense management activities for assigned accounts.
* Review revenue and billing activities and monitor for revenue leakages.
* Assist in auditing activities by providing necessary information and preparing requested documentations.
* Monitor and record financial transactions according to company policies and regulations.
Qualifications, Experience & Skills:
* Education : Bachelor degree in Accounting or Finance
* 1-2 years experience in Big 4 / multinational is preferable.
* Computer operating skills, Proficiency in Excel
* Knowledge of container port terminal operations is an advantage
* Working exposure to ORACLE is an advantage
* Prioritizing workload and managing time effectively to meet critical deadlines
