Job Summary
Communications Executive assists the Director of communications in the
development, co-ordination, and execution of all Communications activities.
Under the general guidance and supervision of the Director of communication
and within the limits of established hotel policies and procedures, promotes
and maintains good communications to build and maintain the prestigious image
of the hotel.
As a Communication Executive we rely on you to,
Assists and supports the co-ordination of Communication Activities and
Promotion.
Assists in maintaining comprehensive master slide library for all advertising,
collateral, and public relations activities.
Gathers information / advertising clippings of competitor hotels.
Keep DOC and Marketing staff informed on Communications activities of main
competitors.
Supports Communications and related duties and functions as deemed necessary.
Performs administrative duties as required.
Responsible for creating and publishing content on all social media platforms,
including Snapchat, TikTok, Twitter, and Instagram, to grow an audience, build
brand awareness, and ultimately, boost sales.
Responsible for devising strategy, community management, creative directing,
customer service, copywriting, and analyzing data.
Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to develop social media campaigns
Requirements
1-2 years social media & Graphics Designing experience
Content writing skills
Media Analytics skills
Copy writing skills
Video Marketing skills
