Location: Jeddah, KSA & Bahrain
Main purpose of the role
From a strategic element, implement the operations plans into a Country,
Channel and Customer specific plan, with guidance from the CSP Manager
Drive Category/ Channel growth through developing channel/category strategy,
and translating Category JTBD into tactical/executional plans by channel while
optimizing category / channel investments
Main accountabilities
1. Be responsible to plan on a CPG/ Customer level for KSA and Bahrain (MT &
H&B, GT, MT UAE)
2. Plan a CPG/ Channel Level for Bahrain and KSA GT
3. Work with country team on month zero achievement & mitigation. Be a
reliable partner
4. Help Assistant CSP Manager in managing BW Category TMI within a specific
channel
5. Manage BW innovations volume build up and distribution targets compliance,
along with run down plans for relaunches at distributor and in market
6. Sign off distribution targets and drivers with CD Team
7. Co Create customer plans M1-3 and sign off with CD Team during BPM
8. Sign off and ensure compliance of SOF target by segment/customer
9. Review and Analyze M-1 results
10. Finalizes market/customer specific building blocks considering multiple
inputs
11. Understands demand drivers, and details out building blocks in ACTPM for
channel/ customer business plan development
12. Be the BW point of reference in landing customer events and activations
13. Confirms promo details with CD, determines in-month opportunistic promo
activity and manages changes
14. "Develop corrective actions for performance shortfall or upside based on
plan execution - M0 : Directly with CCD- M1-M3 : Through S&OP Process"
15. Build insights for market performance and incorporate learnings to modify
future promo and non promo planning
The main KPIs for the role are as below: Category/ Channel IMS, USG, TMI%
(Small C Financials), EPOS Performance, Distribution, Channel wise FCT
accuracy, Activities ROI
