About the Role:


The position reports to the Channel Manager , is aimed at reaching for the
territory and the assigned clients, the turnover and qualitative objectives
through:
* The monitoring and development of the Customer.
* professional development and motivation of resources.


Main Responsibilities:



  • Propose and share with the Channel Manager the budget of sales volumes defined for the area of competence, highlighting any opportunities/limits.

  • Contributes to the planning of the needs for the area of competence in order to guarantee the availability of the goods and services necessary to satisfy the demand He is responsible for sales forecasts for the area of competence.

  • Monitors the KPI defined for the area of competence (e.g. trend with respect to the sales targets in the area of competence / Returns / My Perfect Store/ Payment Collection) and, in case of anomalies, evaluates the actions to be taken, depending on the cases, in autonomy/with the support of the person in charge/with the representatives of the Trade Marketing/Account Management.


Who we are looking for:



  • ‎4-‎7 years experience in Wholesale & Sub-D channel

  • Leadership and team management

  • Details oriented

  • Interpersonal communication skills

  • Arabic Language: Native speaker

  • English Language : Advanced
