Job Description
NielsenIQ Customer Success places our clients at the heart of everything that

This position will be, within the Retailer Customer Success team for KSA,
responsible for delighting Retailer clients in Jeddah through delivering
retail measurement insights and analysis.
Responsibilities
* Working on Client reports and ensuring that they are delivered error free and on time
* Providing performance overview analysis and business issue analysis to Retailer clients in Jeddah, KSA
* Developing deep knowledge of Nielsen IQ RMS solutions and delivering value for clients
* Working closely with the Consulting Lead, Operations Team and Retailer Vertical to transform customer experience through insightful presentations
* Consulting clients to optimize use of NielsenIQ Essentials and Connect Express
* Developing and delivering business solutions for client performance tracking
* Ensuring all client activities are logged in and follow standard SLA for tickets assigned
Qualifications
About you
Working with both your NielsenIQ colleagues and spending time with Retailer
clients, you will build partnerships to allow you to understand your client
needs and requirements. You'll use this knowledge to develop in depth
analytics and create compelling stories that deliver the insight to drive
business growth. You will be part of a team of client service individuals who
specialize in FMCG/Retail at NielsenIQ.
Qualifications:
* At least a bachelor 's degree, preferably in business or statistics
* 2-3 years' work experience, preferably within Research/ Consulting firms, Retailer, consumer or trade marketing, analytics and insights or market research
* Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, etc.)
* Business Proficiency in spoken and written Arabic and English
* Knowledge of the Retail/FMCG industry within Middle East
* Knowledge of research techniques and NIQ methodologies would be an advantage
* Detail oriented, excellent analytical skills
* Good communication and presentation skills
* Ability to work independently and in a team
* Good interpersonal skills are a must
