Position

Mission:
Reporting to the Boutique Manager - Chaumet Jeddah , you will be responsible
for assisting her with the overall management of the Boutique, insuring sales
performance, profitability, Brand recognition, team development, superior
customer service and customer database building and development.
Position based in Jeddah (KSA)
Responsibilities - the Assistant Boutique Manager:
* Achieves monthly Boutique turnover and KPI targets set by the brand
* Helps set monthly objectives for the Sales Associate and motivates team on a daily basis
* Completes daily and monthly reporting to analyze business trends and needs
* Helps the Boutique Manager with the overall training and development of Sales Associates
* Holds briefings to insure consistent communication and information level whenever necessary and requested by the Boutique Manager
* Upholds company's customer service standards
* Is responsible for developing the customer database, recruiting new clients and building loyalty with repeaters
* Proposes local activation opportunities and develops external relationships to ensure maximal exposure, increase traffic and boost sales
* Helps the Boutique Manager review stock levels and communicate product needs
* Helps ensure team understanding and adherence to Maison policies and procedures
* Insures that all visual directives are respected and executed (cleanness, merchandising, team grooming)
* Represents the Brand inside and outside of the Boutique

Profile

• At least ‎3 years of management experience in retail, confirmed experience in Jewellery sales


• Strong sense of luxury service and aesthetics


• Result and action oriented with strong entrepreneurial mindset


• Natural leader with good interpersonal competences and empathy


• Autonomous with good analytical and organizational skills


• Ability to develop a network


• Knowledge of the Saudi Market
