Main purpose of the role
Manage Category P&L within the country, work with CBD teams on finding
opportunities to grow Turnover and Market share - while optimizing on TMI
spending and driving NRM agenda.
Main accountabilities
* Define Category / Channel Strategy
* Deliver Category USG while optimizing on TMI budget.
* Run Category S&OP within the Country
* Manage NRM levers 2,3,4
* Define Promo strategy between channels & customers while ensuring no channel conflict
* Drive Distribution and TDP within the country
* Land impactful Innovations in the marketplace
* Work on country team on delivering M0 targets.
* Manage Category OS&R within the country
* Review and update Assortment by Channel / Store Format
