Coordinates and supervises the staff in view of the variety of their
activities in coordination with the department leader.
1. Supervises the Labor Pool activities on site.
2. Evaluates the job requirement(s) and ensures that the job is completed
timely/safely.
3. Ensures that the Labor are performing their duties and responsibilities in
accordance to the policies and procedures.
4. Maintains collaborative working environments between subordinates and all
other KFSH&RC (Gen. Org.) staff.
5. Ensures that the job was prior scheduled and gets guidance from the
assigned leader.
6. Maintains effective utilization of KFSH&RC (Gen. Org.) resources.
7. Follows all KFSH&RC (Gen. Org.) related policies and procedures.
8. Participates in self and other's education, training, and development, as
applicable.
IPA Diploma in Hospital Administration or related discipline or High School
Education is required.
One (1) year of related experience with IPA Diploma or three (3) years with
High School Education is required.
