Major Responsibilities:
* To review and finalize time schedules prepared by planning engineers as per specific project requirements before submission to client & consultant
* To work out resources requirements with coordination of project managers, planning engineers and prepare presentation of required & available resources for top management
* To address official matters, correspondance and attend meetings with client, consultant and head office top management related to project planning, controlling & monitoring
* To develop smart tools & techniques of close project progress monitoring
* To arrange training sessions about new smart planning tools & techniques for planning engineers
* To ensure close monitoring of progress of projects and raise alarm, alerts in case of any delays in critical activities which are impacting to project deadlines
* To prepare consolidated 4 weeks look a head program of all running projects with coordination of project managers and planning engineers to present to top management and for further discussion of next action plan
* To determine status of projects (A head of schedule or behind schedule) and prepare delay analysis in case of behind schedule and present to management for planning of recovery actions.
* To prepare consolidated bi weekly summary level report (S-Curve) of all projects to present to top management
* To raise alarm and alerts to top management in case of any delays
* To highlight bottlenecks and criticality which are affecting project progress
