Key Accountabilities
* Lead the shift to achieve production plan, and assure the compliance of the daily floor activities to the company's certified systems
* Issue the daily production work order according to production plan
* Monitor, organize and coordinate shop floor transactions to ensure plan fulfilment
* Monitor and evaluate the Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) like productivity, wastage, efficiency, hygiene, and safety
* Identify production bottlenecks and drive actions to eliminate them.
* Maintain and improve daily shop-floor activities in compliance with company's certified systems
* Ensuring that the production is cost effective
* Making sure that products are produced on time and are of good quality
* Track competencies of subordinates and provide leadership and development as required to achieve the objectives
Ensure implementation and evolution of safety procedure
* Responsible for following the factory's hygiene and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
* Strictly follow company product quality rules and ensure that all the staff adhere to the specifications and do not deviate from the standards.
* Drive corrective / preventive actions to improve quality levels & eliminate quality failures
