The Tamheer Training is a 6 month Program fix term program, and it is an
investment in young talents where GE trains fresh graduates who meet the
required criteria to perform their traineeship in GE business. The trainee-
ship duration varies upon business requirement and will develop the general
skills of the trainee and provide on the job knowledge and technical
experience. In this role the engineering technical support will report to the
Technical Leader. Positions requiring understanding of a concepts, methods and
procedures.
In line with Saudization requirements preference will be given to qualified
Saudi nationals.
Roles and Responsibilities :
* Provide technical support to customers, including answering questions about products, troubleshooting problems, and providing recommendations for solutions
* Receive, record, and analyze customer repair and technical support requests using the software tool provided
* Work closely with factories, repair centers, operations, logistics, and customers, to achieve short closing time on requests, maintain legal and commercial agreements and achieve customer satisfaction
* Work with customers to understand their installed base data, advise for upgrade, repair and other technical recommendations.
* Work with factories and repair centers to facilitate recommendations and solutions at customer sites
* Write technical documentation : this includes test reports, repair reports, findings solutions, and technical reports.
Required Qualifications:
* Bachelor 's degree in electrical engineering , Power engineering , or relative field.
* Meeting Tamheer criteria per HADAF.
* Fresh Graduate who will work for 5 days in a week and not registered in Saudi Social Insurance GOSI for at least the 6 months.
* Ability to communicate in a professional English level Eng.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* Reliability, teamwork, and professionalism towards co-workers.
* Detail Oriented, Extremely Organized with Strong writing skills.
Desired Characteristics
* Knowledge of electrical safety standards, and how to work safely with electrical equipment.
* Knowledge of the power system theory, such as voltage, current, resistance, power , symmetrical components, etc.
