Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned.
* As a part of Saudi Service and Repair team, working at the Service Center, He / She will Performs a combination of manual and clerical shipping and receiving duties; may work out of a central warehouse.
* Uses computer system for tracking, logging, verifying, and reporting.
* Follows shipping practices and procedures, and transportation routing, schedules, and requirements.
* Receives incoming materials or prepares materials for shipment.
* (un)packs or (un)wraps items such as finished products, raw stock, assemblies, parts, building materials, office supplies, equipment, etc.
* Performing medical device decontamination process, verifies quantity, weight, and conformance of materials to stated identifications; logs receipt of items on system, processes freight bills, packing sheets, and other documents; reports materials shipped and bills of lading; posts weight and shipping charges and routes merchandise to destinations.
A Day in the Life

* Provides support in service centers including assembly, machinery, processing, packaging, and/or distribution of company products. May set up and operate automatic or semiautomatic machines and related equipment in a continuous production/processing operation. Reports any malfunctions or abnormalities in machines, with higher levels recommending and/or adjusting methods and processes. May be involved in shipping, receiving, inventory control, or storage of products in distribution centers.
* Established and productive individual contributor.
* Works under moderate supervision; with general supervision and instructions given for routine work and detailed instructions for new activities.
* Knows operating equipment and established operational procedures.
* Works on clerical assignments in distribution center that may require application of prior experience.
* Performs intermediate activities requiring judgment and decision-making in manufacturing/production operations or distribution center.
* Work consists of tasks that are typically routine.
* Communicates typically with internal contacts within and outside of immediate team.
* Obtains and provides information requiring some explanation or interpretation.
* Requires full job knowledge of production-related systems and procedures obtained through prior work experience or education.
* Requires minimum of ‎2 years of experience and may require vocational or technical education or certification in addition to prior work experience.
* May require vocational training and/or certification.
* Review performance metrics KPIs for your organization and develop action plans to achieve goals.
* Follow all the safety standards for the facility and behave in a way that does not put yourself or others at risk.
Must Haves
* Bachelor's Degree (or equivalent qualification) in an appropriate field
* Requires full job knowledge of production-related systems and procedures obtained through prior work experience or education.
* Full driving license required.
* Experience using tools such as Word, Project, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio and/or Adobe Acrobat, and Internet search engines.
* Strong Arabic written and verbal communication skills. English language skill also highly desired
* Passport or Visa allowing for worldwide travel.
Nice to Haves
* Experience in working in the warehouse and knowing the organization of the different departments (procurement, theatre, service engineers etc.)
