opening for an OFR Ops Specialist , where you will be accountable and
responsible to develop and administer OFR Ops/CS plans and processes to
deliver flow of goods and information across the customer 's global supply
chain utilizing ocean transportation, maximizing profitability, and optimizing
utilization of business and human assets in line with business strategy and
objectives, corporate guidelines and policies.

In this OFR Ops Specialist position
* You will be responsible to execute OFR Ops/CS plans and processes to provide ocean freight services for internal and external customers.
* You will have to assess and interpret with the aim to provide requirements of freight control center, and to support and provide operations team with the required details, information, and instructions for operational performance.
* You will have to implement freight administration in providing allocation and reservations of freight on planned line haul.
* You will participate to develop and execute plans for ocean freight products in areas such as perishables, pharmaceutical, aviation, etc.
* You will develop opportunities to expand business with new clients and continuously improve in-house customer services.
* You will have to maintain close business relationship with existing clients, conduct customer visits and achieve a desired level of customer retention.
* You will be responsible to track account performances and provide monthly reports to management.
* You will execute pricing strategy and respond to pricing enquiries in an efficient and competitive manner.
* You will conduct day-to-day shipment documentation for freight forwarding, assist in development of shipping tenders and ensure on-time submission on relevant documents.
* You will have to identify opportunities to enhance ocean freight productivity, and efficient resource allocation and utilization.
* You will have to analyze and provide input for processes and design systems to enhance service quality.
* You will have to study and resolve issues in day-to-day delivery and implement practices for OFR Ops/CS focusing on increasing effectiveness and efficiency.
* You will have to create and/or confirm transport orders, perform, and optimize bookings\, prepare, control, and distribute all required Import/Export documents.
* In the area of OFR product you will also have to identify performance issues of suppliers, and propose solutions to improve performance.
* You will have to update Customs shipment information and physical status, resolve customer issues and incidents.

Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience/qualification
* More than ‎4 years of experience within the same field.
* Excellent communicator in English, both written and oral.
