Background
Arabia consists of 7 countries- UAE, Saudi Arabia, Yemen, Kuwait, Oman, Qatar,
and Bahrain, and operates on a hybrid model of Joint ventures and Distributor
management.
This is an exciting WL2 role that business partners with Personal Care Arabia,
in addition to driving HR strategic initiatives for PC MET Business Unit. This
role reports to the Personal Care HR Lead Arabia and Head of HR Gulf and will
have scope for autonomous working and business partnering.

Main Job Purpose
Personal Care HR strategic initiatives
* Supports the PC MET HR Lead in developing and landing Business Unit wide HR programmes. These programmes include, but not limited to Workforce Planning, Organizational Development, Capability and Culture interventions, Employee Engagement, Equity, Diversity and Inclusion.
* Lead ad hoc projects based on business needs.
Talent Management
* Utilizes the talent development process and tools delivered by the Expertise Teams to develop, cultivate, and maintain a diverse talent pipeline
* Drives talent cycles (People Forums, Annual Pay Review etc) & develops insight and action plans for people related business issues and opportunities by leveraging people metrics/ dashboards
Organization & Capability Development
* Supports Org Design and Change initiatives to build a flexible & effective organization to unlock growth, along with Future of Work agenda
* Leads brilliant execution of bespoke capability plans. Makes the learning strategy 'real' for people and develops a learning culture across
* Uses data to develop insights to inform organization design and capability building decisions
Culture & Employee Engagement
* Drives analysis, design and execution of wellbeing and people engagement plans supporting relevant leaders and leveraging the power of analytics in UniVoice
* Leads the people agenda to build a more inclusive and pioneering culture in the organization
* Monitor employee climate to identify issues/trends and develop recommendations for problem solving as appropriate.
What You will need to Succeed
* University Graduate
* 6+ Years of Experience in the Human Resources field, including exposure in Business Partnering, employee engagement and change management
* Good knowledge of key HR processes and responsibilities across the entire HR lifecycle
* The ability to design and implement projects on diverse topics such as Organisation Design, Change management and Leadership development
* Experience with supporting business teams thrive through change & business transformation in a highly volatile, fast-paced environment
* Strong analytical skills with ability to use research methods effectively, including data collection, diagnostic, and analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy. Preferably experienced with our OE&A tools e.g. Visier, UniVoice dashboard etc.
