Position Summary
(Key Objectives/Purpose of the Job)*


Manage 24x7 Data Center Service operations and Service Delivery effectively as
per agreed SLA or Contracts with customers, in order to meet Organizational
Goals and Customer Satisfaction
Major Responsibilities*
Need to perform clear solution analysis for DC related opportunity. He need to
have experience with multitenant Datacenter service provider. He need to have
good awareness over Electrical, Mechanical, FAS, FMS, Physical security & IBMS
system. Need to have idea on Datacenter Engineering and feasibility
experience. Need to coordinate various internal & external customers, in
meeting for understanding the requirements.
Technical requirement
Candidate should a BE Degree Holders with ‎3 to ‎5 years of experience in Tier ‎3
certified multitenant Datacenter also need skill in ISP / Telecom / ITSM
Domain. Candidate should know the basics of Networking & IT Infrastructure.
The candidate must be familiar with ISMS / ITSM Standards/PCI-DSS and
background of ITIL V3 Frame work. Preferable candidate should have exposure to
Data Centre environment under feasibility and solution validation.


General Skills:
Should have good communication skills


Should have positive attitude and good interpersonal skills


Should be a quick learner and should be a good team player


Should have exposure or experience of interacting with External Customers, in
the past


Must know Arabic and English
