Your Job:
Reporting to Sales, RTM and Marketing Teams, the incumbent would be expected
to take on a role in providing support for sales team, through in-depth sales
performance and SFA analytics to assist leadership in growing the business and
increasing team productivity and efficiency.
In addition to support business analytics and reporting needs, the Analyst
will also be responsible for working cross functionally with all departments
to enable data driven decisions.

Role Overview & Primary Accountabilities

Collect, analyze, evaluate data (Sales & SFA) to report actionable insights
to the sales, RTM and marketing Teams:
* Provide analytical support required for the development and tracking of sales, SFA data.
* Maintenance of Customer business planning tools, attend and participate in sales strategy meetings.
* Customer set up process coordination with Sales/Customer Teams.
* Collect and analyze data to evaluate performance to monthly, quarterly and anual goals.
* Support process improvement initiatives and developing actionable reports and dashboards for sales and marketing leadership.
* Administer SFA Software in collaboration with RTM Manager.
* Coordinate and manage simultaneous data analysis requests of varying size and scope.
* Assist with specific projects and initiatives, such as system updates and business process improvements.
* Proactively monitor sales data looking for trends, anomalies, and other insights.

Essential Requirements

• Bachelor 's degree in accounting, finance, or related business degree is required.


• Excel expertise is required; strong analytical skills.


• Excel expertise (macros, modelling, etc).


• Good understanding of Saudi trade/channel/customer dynamics


• Good understanding of Saudi geographies, channel, & customers dynamics.


• IT background is a plus


• Fluency in English is essential.
