The Position
Job Summary
To supervise employees and coordinates an inside sales force within the
framework of established policies. This position is responsible for
identifying and executing sales opportunities for products and/or services.
Position is responsible for supervising the inside sales function and
overseeing their day-to[1]day activities. Role can involve generating
prospective customers through leads - i.e. tradeshow, field, and market
segmentation and closing sales. In addition, job requires managing and
responding to customer's needs and concerns. Position involves working on
assignments requiring judgment and initiative and may often involve
determining methods and procedures for new assignments.

IT department , Warehouse & Workshop ,CSC team; Logistics department; MC
External:
Customers at different levels & Distributors
Key Accountabilities:
* Participates in the selection, training and providing of ongoing feedback to direct reports via direct observation, meetings, and evaluations.
* Identify and address daily customer issues. Collaborate with all relevant departments across organization as needed to ensure that issues are addressed.
* Tracks metrics and initiatives improvements as agreed upon with management.
* Manage and maintain customer relationships to establish loyalty and build trust with key contacts.
* Responsible for ensuring on-going account support, distribution relationships, and helping to develop programs to meet the customer and Roche 's needs.
* Ensure complete and accurate customer data for assigned team or group in the sales force automation system per the timelines provided by the business area.
* Contacts new and existing customers to meet and exceed sales objectives in targeted accounts by identifying opportunities and developing new business, growing existing business, maintaining customer relationships and troubleshooting customer problems.
* Guarantee the activity planning/reporting and opportunity mapping by the Sales team, at the CRM (Salesforce).
* Helps cascade sales strategy and marketing programs/promotions to assigned team and ensures effective execution

Minimum Requirements
Experience
* 5 years of experience in Sales in the IVD market Experience in IVD Business
* Post graduate degree or MBA
* IVD knowledge
* Knowledge of technical and market dynamics
Qualifications
Bachelor 's degree in biomedical engineering, Chemistry, Medical Laboratories
Sciences or Sciences.
