* Prepare the companies QA manual control and supervision of all amendments and revisions
* Control and the distribution of all the companies quality documentation
* Perform all internal and external audits on behalf of the companies management
* Responsible for Project Quality management requirement
* Develop and maintain project quality plan.
* Review and acceptance of the Contractor's Quality Plans
* Prepare and conduct Contractor's Bi-Weekly QA/QC Meeting
* Review Contractor's Project Quality Plan submittals
* Conduct joint weekly site visits with the Contractor and submit reports regarding comments and observations.
* Review of ITPs and necessary guidance for implementation at the site
* Review ITPs and ensure all work and Material inspections are conducted per the approved ITP of respective Packages.
* Ensure all Quality Assurance Tests are conducted as per specifications and standard requirements, and reports are submitted by the Contractors.
* Conduct random site visits and submit to Contractor's Site Observation Report (SOR) or Non-Conformance Report (NCR)
* Prepare QA/QC Performance Reports weekly, monthly, and annually, non-conformance trend analysis, remedial actions, etc., and submit to Employer To ensure Quality Audits are being conducted as per ISO 9001: 2015 standards and client's requirements.
* Monitoring and closing of Quality defect notices and Non-Conformance reports of packages.
* Liaise with Resident Engineers and team members with respect to Quality Control matters at the site.
* Advice and guide the Consultant's team on key quality issues at the site and closeout
Qualifications:
Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in engineering or equivalent qualification
* Certified ISO 9001:2015 Lead Auditor
* 10 to 15 years total experience, with the past 3 years in a similar role
* Experience in a similar role in industrial, aviation, or complex building projects
* Excellent communication skills
