From strategic guidance to supporting the day-to-day needs of managers and
employees, the Human Resources Division drives best practice across the
Alshaya business. HR is segmented across generalist and specialist functions
including HR services, recruitment and talent management. These are just some
of the teams that support over 120 nationalities working across multiple
brands and geographies. Our continued growth and expansion can only be
achieved by recruiting, training and nurturing the best global talent. That 's

The Role:
You will be the first point of contact for visitors and callers when they
visit or contact Alshaya Head Office.
Whether in person or on the phone, it is important that you are polite and
courteous, understand the nature of the customer's business, whom they need to
see, and how to direct them accordingly.
Qualifications & Requirements:
You will have/be:
* High school education.
* Experience in a telephone based role.
* Good communication and customer service skills.
* Basic computer skills.
* The ability to speak English would be an advantage.
