Our Future Talent Programme - Technical Track is an ‎18 month programme that
will develop your leadership skills and bring you broad business knowledge in
a truly international environment.

From day one, you'll be delivering results as part of the team and hold an
actual position. Your manager will plan the content of your programme and
support you in your development journey. You will work in various parts of
Tetra Pak and gain experience from a network of Colleagues all over the world.
And that is just the beginning of your Tetra Pak career. After the programme
finishes you will have gained valuable experience to help you continue your
exciting career within our company.

What you will do

As our Future Talent Program - Automation Engineer you will learn about:

Automation
* Create, develop, test, and support factory automation systems.
* Work with production process teams to create integrated software standards and processes and tools to get better quality and efficient control of production processes.
* Develop solutions that will make the operations safer and more efficient by using on data science and analytics, automation, and internet of things (IOT) in day-to-day operations.
* Design automation and Digital solutions according to corporate standards and product specifications
* Work with production teams to create integrated software standards, processes and tools
* Test, commission, and trouble shoot of production machine control systems.
* Handle projects to improve equipment functionality and performance through design changes.

Maintenance
* Plan and execute preventive and corrective maintenance programs to ensure the accuracy and reliability of instrumentation, SCADA, PLCs, Variable Frequency Drives, Operational Technology Systems.
* Use digital tools to make step-change improvements in equipment reliability and condition monitoring and predictive maintenance.
* Lead technicians for machine issues troubleshooting, root cause analysis and implement effective countermeasure.
* Using Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) tools and methodologies to improve machine's reliability, reduce downtime and maintenance cost.
* Maintain adequate and orderly documentation for maintenance department.
* Work closely and maintain good working relationship with peers and production staff to achieve the required reliability and performance from the machines.
* Utilize, in conjunction with process controls, the big data analysis to drive increase in productivity and quality of output

We believe you have

• A bachelor's or master's degree in automation and robotics or other fields such as electrical engineering, software engineering and Mechatronics


• Siemens PLC programming knowledge and experience on DC/AC/Servo drive is an advantage.


• PLC programming skills preferred, VB and DB/SQL programming preferred.


• Good written and spoken English both written and verbal is required.


• Proficiency in MS Office and network design.


• Organization, regularity and consistency


• Good communication skills.


• You can work independently as well as in a team.


• You are a problem solver with a strong personal drive.


• A solid, professional personality and the ability to build and use networks.
