Responsibilities

Job Description

RESPONSIBILITIES
BROAD FUNCTIONS :
* Provide Industrial Engineering support to the factory
* Optimize factory efficiency
* Responsible for factory layout and projects management especially involve factory capacity and layout changes
* Perform PPH and time study

Regular
* Involve in any productivity improvement activities with Manufacturing and other groups
* Involve in plant layout changes - especially those that will impact factory capacity

Irregular
* Participate in meetings due to production schedule changes
* Maintain good relationship with other departments

Qualifications

QUALIFICATIONS
Educational Required:
* Bachelor Degree with ‎1-‎3 years of relevant Industrial Engineering experience

Skill Required :
* Strategic planning skills
* Problem solving skills
* Strong communication and presentation abilities
* Team player
* AutoCAD skills

Experience:
* Experience in high volume manufacturing preferably in the same industry
* Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
