YOUR ROLE

• Lead your shift and be accountable/responsible for the team's performance, development, and productivity


• Monitor production KPIs (OEE, T/FTE, Achievement %, OF %, Damage %)


• Conduct daily safety walk-ins and ensure cultural development through coaching


• Report, in a timely manner, all incidents and failures in the filling area


• Ensure daily stock keeping at the production lines & raw materials' staging area


• Contribute to Henkel's Production System (HPS) by supporting projects/applications in the filling area

YOUR SKILLS

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering


• Minimum of ‎2 years of relevant experience in production, preferably at a similar multinational FMCG


• Fluent English speaker


• Proficient user of MS Office applications (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)


• SAP knowledge is a plus


• Proven track record of leading stakeholders
