Maintenance Technician, Shebin ELKoum

Position purpose:

Driving all maintenance activities PM or CM mechanical or electrical with
respect to EHS, Quality and productivity requirements to maximize the
reliability of components, equipment and processes, implement all assigned
work orders in time as per maintenance department vision, support production
team in performing CILT procedures as per required, support in achieving OEE
with best quality and minimum waste, participating on discovering the RCA for
BD.

Requirements:

• Intermediate or high level preferred in technical background.


• ‎2-‎5 years of experience in maintenance field.


• Intermediate in English.


• Good technical background, well prepared, good observer, 5S3R.

Main areas of responsibility:

• Implement all required maintenance activities machinal or electrical PM or CM .


• Carry out routine inspections & TBM activities on machines to avoid malfunction and other problems. This might include replacing parts and checking & inspection of lubrications, vibrations, parameters, etc. Reports any problems or substandard condition to the RBM engineer. with respect EHS and Quality requirements which considered in maintenance activities.


• Support production team to achieve them goals by:


• Respond to breakdowns and repair the equipment. Diagnose faults and breakdown problems. Fit new parts and make sure equipment is working correctly. Deal with emergencies, unplanned problems and repairs. Analyze root causes of equipment failures and propose corrective actions.


• Read and understand technical manuals for equipment operations and maintenances. Maintain documentation of equipment maintenance and repair procedures for future reference procedures.


• Participate in SHO and Line meetings and obtain all required information. Propose improvements to enhance equipment performance and reliability.


• Report all BD to his leaders, reducing MTTR and increasing MTBF.


• Approaches arising challenges with confidence, actively solves problems, even when facing difficulties and setbacks,


• Responsible to ensure proper 5S3R of all areas within M&P through implementation of sustainable programs.


• Manage various tasks and projects as they arise and upon manager's request.
