What you will be doing:
* Motivate, lead, coach, and monitor the performance levels of all team members
* Drive the outlet budgeting and forecasting process while adhering to the budgetary guidelines
* Collaborate with other departments to ensure effective operation at the hotel
* Direct and maintain the safety and sanitation of all areas in the outlet
* Other duties as assigned
Your experience and skills include:
* Ability to focus attention on guest needs, remaining calm and courteous at all times
* Strong interpersonal and problem solving abilities
* Ability to work well under pressure in a fast paced environment
* Ability to work cohesively and collaboratively as part of a team
Your team and working environment:
