AECOM are currently seeking a Program Scheduling Manager, to be based in the
Medina region on a large scale historical program. The role will work in
partnership with AECOM's Global Program Management business, which provides
the structure, tools, techniques and process to deliver on this vision.
By connecting our expertise across services, markets, and geographies, we
manage outcome-driven projects that deliver social, economic and environmental
value. These include programs of critical national importance in defense,
transport, water, clean energy, environmental clean-up, international
development and disaster recovery, as well as the shaping of many of the
world’s major cities.
Responsibilities:
+ Prepares Monthly Time Schedule reports.
+ Develops and implements scheduling systems and standards for the Program
including progress measurement and reporting.
+ Establishes and maintains the EPS, WBS, activity coding and resource
libraries for the Program.
+ Establishes and updates Master Permitting Schedule.
+ Provides technical scheduling support and coordinates training needs for
schedulers.
+ Coordinates Program wide scheduling practices on Projects.
+ Ensures that planning and scheduling documents such as project master
schedules, progress reports and S-curves are prepared properly and in
accordance with contractual time schedules and frequencies by project
schedulers.
+ Coordinates troubleshooting of interface issues with other consultants and
the contractor time schedules.
+ Contributes in preparation of Monthly and weekly executive reports.
Minimum Requirements
A minimum of 10+ years experience is required in Planning / Scheduling, with
at least the last 5 years in a management role. Experience on major programs
is required.

Preferred Qualifications
A Bachelor's Degree in a related subject is required.
