* uides and reviews work of shop drawings to ensure progress is within schedule and complies with requirements, policies, and procedures. I

* anage and coordinate dissemination of design information to all relevant parties in a timely manner. M

* oordinate the procurement of materials, ensuring that they meet the project specifications and are delivered on time. L
* ead and organize regular technical meetings involving different project stakeholders to discuss progress, issues, and solutions. Q
* uickly address technical challenges that arise during construction stages, proposing viable solutions to keep the project on schedule. I
* mplement quality control processes to verify that construction works are aligned with approved drawings and specifications. E
* xplore cost-effective alternatives without compromising project quality, aiming to reduce expenses while maintaining functionality. O
* verseas the organization and archiving of all technical documents, including drawings, specifications, and change orders as per the project procedures. M
