* ttend, manage, and take minutes to ensure compliance of design to adhere to the schedule of deliverables, and full coordination between all disciplines. S
* upport Procurement and Contracts department. R
* eviews and analyzes design requirements and priorities for the different engineering disciplines. F
* ollows up & assists the Project Management during the execution phases to ensure client design requirements are fulfilled. O
* rganizes & conducts coordination meetings with all project stakeholders and third-party teams to evaluate the progress of work and ensure alignment or work conducted by each trade, and compliance with requirements and standards. M
* eets with project stakeholders to clarify project design requirements and follow-up approvals. G
* uides and reviews work of shop drawings to ensure progress is within schedule and complies with requirements, policies, and procedures. I
* dentifies measures to reduce technical studies costs. D
* evelop or collect the various project goals and needs. A
* lign lessons learned on the field with goals and needs and adjust to meet cultural requirements as required. A
* ttend coordination meetings with stakeholders. M
* onitor the Design and Studies Progress and ensure that the requirements of the Client are clearly communicated to the project stakeholders. P
* rovide comments on project documents and ensure compliance with the Client's objectives and requirements. M
* anage, coordinate, and monitor all coordination including obtaining the Client's approval of the technical submittals. M
* anage and coordinate dissemination of design information to all relevant parties in a timely manner. M
* anage design deliverables according to project priorities and approved time schedules. E
* stablish, develop, and monitor the appropriate procedures to manage all the above activities. I
* nforms themselves of the relevant Quality, Environmental, Safety, and Occupational Health Policies, Manuals, and Procedures in place within Hill International, and ensures continued compliance with these requirements while employed by Hill. P
* erform other duties as assigned by the line manager/supervisor such as, but not limited to the following: M
* anage drawings coordination to ensure that all shop drawings and plans from various disciplines (i.e., Architectural, Structural & MEP.) M
* ediate and resolve conflicts or discrepancies between the different technical disciplines' requirements and drawings. M
* anage any design changes or revisions and ensure that they are properly communicated and implemented. C
* ollaborate with architects and engineers to select appropriate materials for the project, balancing cost, quality, and availability. C
* oordinate the procurement of materials, ensuring that they meet the project specifications and are delivered on time. L
* ead and organize regular technical meetings involving different project stakeholders to discuss progress, issues, and solutions. Q
* uickly address technical challenges that arise during construction stages, proposing viable solutions to keep the project on schedule. I
* mplement quality control processes to verify that construction works are aligned with approved drawings and specifications. E
* xplore cost-effective alternatives without compromising project quality, aiming to reduce expenses while maintaining functionality. O
* verseas the organization and archiving of all technical documents, including drawings, specifications, and change orders as per the project procedures. M
* astering engineering software, such as Microsoft Office, Auto CAD, Revit, etc.

* achelor's degree in architectural engineering. A
* t least ‎15 years of experience in construction. P
* MP, CIOB, RICS, or equivalent certification is strongly preferred. S
* trong track record in delivering projects in a fast-moving and challenging environment. C
* omputer literate in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel and Word. E
* xcellent command of written and spoken English. A
* ble to work under pressure and tight deadlines. E
