Responsible for delivering the required training related to inbound supervision and management knowledge
Designing internal development plan for entry & middle management
Responsible for designing the required courses to match the organization management challenges, and to enhance the internal management profile.
Will be requested to create and adjust training development material, training tracking , analysis , creating the required quizzes and assessments before and after training.
Delivering soft skills training sessions to enhance the operations KPIs & goals
Trainer will be responsible for evaluating trainees & their overall progress .
Fluent in listening, speaking, reading and writing skills in the English language
Inbound supervision training knowledge & experience.
Perfect analytical , Reporting skills & MS office Knowledge
Training development experience is a must
TOT CERTIFICATES IS PREFERRED
