The incumbent of this task will test, troubleshoot, and repair Electronic
Counter Measures (ECM) and Defensive Electronic Counter Measures (DECM)
systems at the Intermediate Level of maintenance.
TASK REQUIREMENTS:
1. Test, troubleshoot, and repair ECM/DECM Weapon Replaceable Assemblies
(WRAs) and Shop Replaceable Assemblies (SRAs) for following F/A-18 systems:
A. AN/ALR-67
B. AN/ALE-39
C. AN/ALQ-162
D. AN/ALQ-126
2. Test, troubleshoot, and repair above systems WRA/SRA materials using the
following Support Equipment:
A. AN/USM-458C E. AN/ALM-67
B. AN/USM-392B F. AN/USM-482
C. AN/USM-450A G. AN/ALM-70
D. AN/ALM-225
3. Provide on-the-job training to Kuwait Air Force personnel on the operation
of test equipment and system repair.
