Swimming Head Coach

Swimming Head Coach | Kuwait | Swimming Academy

We are looking for experienced SWIMMING HEAD COACH to join very busy
Swimming Academy based in Kuwait City.
The main duties will be supervising la team of coaches on teaching children
and adults how to swim as well as assisting the Admin Team in executing events
at the academy. The programs are designed to meet the different clients '
competency levels. As an experienced Coach / Instructor, you will give clients
simple exercise to determine which level is best fit for their capabilities at
that point. Then, a routine will be created to be followed for the next ‎30
days.
All programs are carefully designed according to swimming abilities and
clients' fitness level. The course can be modified or repeated depending on
the progress achieved throughout the ‎4 weeks.

Job Requirements for Swimming Head Coach:

• Certified Swimming Coach


• at least ‎3 years practical experience


• at least ‎1 year of experience as Head Coach


• well organized and able to manage a team of coaches


• contactable references


• First Aid and any additional relevant trainings will be a great advantage

Salary package is the following:

• basic salary KWD ‎350 - ‎400 TAX FREE, also negotiable for exceptional candidate


• monthly bonus up to KWD ‎200


• free accommodation


• free transport to and from work


• medical insurance


• ‎30 days of paid annual leave


• visa and joining flight to Kuwait


• return flight home on completion of every contract


• contract is ‎1 year, renewable


• all visa attestation costs will be reimbursed after passing probationary period.
