About You
Ideal candidates would have the following:
* Bachelor's Degree in computer science or technology-related field is a must.
* 5+years of experience in the design and development of software and application architecture; Banking Sector experience is an advantage
* Strong background in Web and Middle Tier Development using object-oriented programming experience
* Strong experience in ASP.net (C# Preferred); Microsoft .NET 4.5, ASP.NET MVC, WPF, WCF, Silverlight, and API technologies.
* Experience developing Web-based and Client/Server applications using SOAP and RESTful services, C#, ASP.NET, MVC, ADO.NET, XML, JSON, HTML, JavaScript, AJAX, and CSS.
* Experience with JavaScript libraries (jQuery)
* Experience building Web services & AJAX-enabled applications
* Strong background in data modeling and database design concepts
* Strong knowledge of Oracle & MS SQL database stored procedures, triggers, and views OR strong understanding of using Entity Framework
* In-depth knowledge of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and thorough understanding of various phases like Requirements, Analysis/Design, Development, and Testing.
* Hardware programming like EMV chip card & card readers, scanners, note counters, and cheque scanners is a plus
* Smartphone development is a plus.
