Role Profile:
The Marketing Manager serves as a single point of contact for operations,
internal and external stakeholders when it comes to planning and delivery of
marketing campaigns across all customer touchpoints.
Influences and works alongside brand operations teams to define relevant
marketing campaigns with clear deliverables and performance measurement.
Potentially, the role is responsible for managing a smaller team of marketing
executives, coordinators, and a graphic designer.
Role to be based in Kuwait.
The below Key Performance Areas include but are not limited to:
Knowledge:
* Excellent Communication skills
* Manage many stakeholders and remain focused on key priorities in a fast-paced environment
* Ability to act analytical
Experience:
* 6-7+ years` experience in a similar role with a managerial role
* Defining & managing 360ᵒ campaigns across different touchpoints (ABL & BTL) - focus on digital marketing
* Working across multiple markets (GCC and/or MENA) is a plus
* Financial strength is a must in managing budgets
